These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by AXS Services (“we,” “us,” “our”) to customers (“you,” “your”) in Surrey and surrounding areas.

 

By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

 

 

 

1. About Us

2. Services

 

 

We provide exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:

 

  • Pressure washing

  • Solar panel washing

  • Roof cleaning

  • Gutter clearing

  • Driveway and patio cleaning

  • Exterior property cleaning

 

 

All services are subject to availability, site inspection (where required), and weather conditions.

 

 

 

3. Quotations

 

 

  • All quotes are free and provided based on visual inspection, photographs, or customer-provided information.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • If the scope of work changes, we reserve the right to revise the quotation.

  • We may withdraw a quote at any time before acceptance.

 

 

A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote (verbally or in writing).

 

 

 

4. Deposits & Payment

 

 

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payment via [Bank Transfer / Card / Cash – amend as needed].

  • Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (where applicable).

 

 

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse future services for non-payment.

 

 

 

5. Cancellation Rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

 

 

If you are booking as a consumer (not a business customer) and the contract is agreed at a distance (online, phone, email), you may have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

 

However:

 

  • If you request that work begins within the 14-day cancellation period, you must provide express consent.

  • If you cancel after work has begun, you will be required to pay for work already carried out.

  • Once the service has been fully completed, your right to cancel ends.

 

 

To cancel, you must notify us in writing (email is acceptable).

 

 

 

6. Access & Customer Responsibilities

 

 

You agree to:

 

  • Provide safe and clear access to the work areas.

  • Ensure water and electricity supply if required.

  • Remove vehicles, furniture, ornaments, and fragile items from work areas.

  • Secure pets.

  • Inform us of any known damage, leaks, loose tiles, cracked render, or structural issues.

 

 

Failure to do so may result in additional charges or delays.

 

 

 

7. Weather & Rescheduling

 

 

Exterior cleaning is weather dependent.

 

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to:

 

  • Heavy rain

  • High winds

  • Freezing temperatures

  • Unsafe working conditions

 

 

We will rearrange the appointment at the earliest mutually convenient date.

 

 

 

8. Pre-Existing Damage & Surface Risks

 

 

Exterior cleaning can expose pre-existing defects.

 

AXS Services is not responsible for:

 

  • Damage caused by structural weaknesses

  • Loose render, pointing, tiles, cladding or gutters

  • Previously damaged, deteriorated or improperly installed surfaces

  • Water ingress caused by existing defects

 

 

Certain stains (e.g., rust, oil, deep biological staining) may not be fully removable.

 

We will always use appropriate methods and reasonable care in line with industry standards.

 

 

 

9. Liability

 

 

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

 

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law

 

 

Subject to the above:

 

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

 

 

 

 

10. Complaints

 

 

If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion.

 

We will be given the opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, rectify the issue before any third party is instructed.

 

 

 

11. Website Use

 

 

All website content (text, branding, images, logos) is owned by AXS Services and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.

 

 

 

12. Governing Law

 

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
